About the job

  1. As a Sales Excellence Manager in Google Cloud focused on systems, you will help manage a key intersection between our North America advocates and the systems and tools they use to scale our Google Cloud business. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to both shape the long term evolution of our systems, policies and processes, as well as create near-term impact through running our weekly rhythms to collect, triage, and action system-related advocate feedback. You will need versatility to operate at different altitudes (tactical and strategic) and with different stakeholders. You will create impact in the role with your ability to precisely map workflow, synthesize large amounts of feedback and data, perform root cause analysis, build detailed execution plans, and partner across the organization to drive initiative execution. In this role, you will lie at the heart of our Google Cloud Business.

Responsibilities

Design and manage the integrated rhythm between business and systems by which we collect and triage internal user feedback, manage senior steering committee to prioritize initiatives, co-manage roadmap and initiative progress with the Systems team, and drive outbound communications to advocate communities.Scope and manage multiple process improvement workstreams related to systems and tools.  Includes process mapping, root cause analysis and change management.Run Triage Desk which includes reviewing data quality and process improvement tickets, driving resolution, tracking ticket resolution metrics, and running fast track process for high priority asks.Maintain perspective of opportunities to evolve CRM, Planning and Data Management Tools by running focus groups with advocates.Be the subject matter expert in CRM and planning tools and partner with Systems and Enablement teams to drive usage of capabilities and influence feature roadmaps.
