  • As a senior leader on the marketing team, the Director of Performance Marketing will lead both the strategy and day-to-day operations for our digital growth programs. We are looking for a leader who believes in the test-and-iterate method, who can dive deep into details and drive long-term strategic initiatives. Comfort optimizing and familiarity with core performance metrics is a must, but we also value creativity and intuition. This role includes technical collaboration with our engineering and analytics team to move forward several attribution and automation projects and working cross-functionally with our brokerage and mortgage teams.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead digital channels and performance marketing strategies + day-to-day operations of the growing digital marketing team. Recommend future projects based on customer research and analysis of industry trends. Leverage customer research use pattern analytics, industry trends and other data sources to launch new programs and experiments.Consistently communicate with leadership and other stakeholders regarding conversion, performance results, current and future initiatives, successes and course corrections. Share best practices and learnings with various teams for continual improvement and optimization.Develop imaginative solutions and new ways of thinking about the real estate and digital marketing landscapes and present information in ways that makes the complex seem simple.Serve as the marketing lead for technical integrations and new product development, working closely with both the VP of Product and Director of Engineering.Drive continuous improvement to marketing attribution and a deep understanding of customer LTV. Work closely with the analytics team to measure and optimize across core business performance metrics and validate experiments.

What You’ll Bring

 

  • 8+ years of marketing experienceMinimum of 3+ years managing direct response-focused online marketing programs in areas such as SEM, display, remarketing, mobile, and social media advertisingBA/BS degree or equivalent.3+ years of experience managing teamsProficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.Experience building and managing campaigns across marketing platforms – in-house or third partySolid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, a/b testing, tag management and content managementExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAnalytical skill set with a leadership voice and the ability to influenceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
